quick 3 minute warm up
ran at level 8 out of 10 for 90 seconds, then recovered at a level 5 or 6 for 3 minutes (Repeated 6 times)
10 min cool down on bike
calf raises with 10-15lb weight 3x20
Squats with weight 3x12
Lunges with weight 3x12 (each side)
Leg curls 3x12
Leg press 3x12
Outer/inner thigh machine (not really sure what its called) outer: 3x12 + inner 3x12
This was a really fun workout to do, my legs are super tired but i feel good!

-Quick 5 min warm up on treadmill
- 30 seconds sprint level 8 out of 10, 1 minute relaxed run (maybe 5 or 6 out of ten) did this for 20 minutes.
-brisk walk for last 5 minutes to cool down
- 30 minutes on bike - 10-12mph resistance 5.
40 oblique twists
20 cross crunches
20 lower leg lifts
20 left side crunches
20 right side crunches
20 v ups
1 min plank.
